BizLogix has combined the industry best practices from IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and the data-driven approach of Six Sigma to create our unique methodology. Our solution design begins with the Business end-user in mind, and defines priorities and key metrics for relevant IT processes based on Business needs. These metrics drive all process improvement decisions.

The four phases of our methodoloy are:

Define the project charter based on deep analysis of the end-user needs, and generate buy-in from senior management for goals, scope, resources and budget.

Measure Key Performance Indicators for IT processes based on the needs of the Business and gather data from relevant sources. The raw data does not point out process deficiencies and biggest areas for improvement. Data analysis (including Six Sigma) tools are used to generate intelligent, meaningful metrics that allow process improvement decisions to be made.

Improve the current process based on the measurements, and customize/develop tools for the improved process. During this phase, metrics-driven decision making for IT operational excellence is formally deployed.

Manage the gains obtained through process improvement by training users, demonstrating the benefits to the stakeholders and sponsors, and establishing a continuous improvement scoreboard that tracks organizational progress around the key metrics.
